As every year since its inception in 1999, Bouteillerie Pope's Palace offers its visitors a selection of the best wines of the Cotes du Rhone.
During meetings tasting "blind", the committee tested, faced this year and commented numerous anonymous samples submitted by growers and traders of wines of Cotes du Rhone. Only 55 wines were selected for the 2009-2010 Selection bottling.
They meet the strict quality criteria as "very good".
This selection 2009 - 2010 was conducted after a tender launched with the majority of production units of the famous "wine road" designations southern and northern Cotes du Rhone. They are offered at the same rate as the cellar.
The particular quality of the wines tasted this year led the selection committee to award special mentions : the favorites selection.
